As a female led creative agency who specialise in the drinks industry, our journey has been unique. We’ve travelled the world and met inspiring people, from master distillers and producers to entrepreneurs and global corporate giants. It’s an industry with stories to tell and we’ve heard them all.
Our journey wouldn’t have been the same without the generosity of colleagues far and wide who have shared their expertise and insight, kind words, surprising words and sometimes even tough words. So, we thought it was time we paid it forward.
12 WEEK MENTORING PROGRAMME
The Wonder Women programme offers 12 weeks of mentoring for women who work or want to work in the drinks industry.
We meet bi-weekly inviting mentees to share your questions, challenges, worries and anything else. A safe space to interrogate experiences and begin to identify goals. In return we offer our expertise. If the issue is outside of our area, we will go to our network of talented industry colleagues to help you gain clarity. Of course, it’s all confidential.
We want our mentees to have a rich, productive experience so we only select one woman per 12 week course. However we invite many applicants to join our Wonder Women group to enable amazing women to meet each other, share questions, fears, experiences and support.
