The Challenge

To support the launch of The London Essence Co. range of mixers into the world, we were tasked with creating a range of assets for use in off trade retail, ecommerce and an experiential exhibition stand.

We needed to create a visual language that established an elevated positioning to help justify the 20% additional price point than to competitor, Fever Tree.


THE Insight

We knew that the Good Tasteful core target were motivated by creating a memorable and elevated experiences for their guests when entertaining at home.  The London Essence Co. mixers were a perfect accompaniment to create sophisticated drinks at home with their selection of premium craft spirits. To create stand out in store and capture the imagination of this audience, we developed an exclusive booklet guide to ‘The Essence of Hosting’ giving shoppers bespoke drinks recipes and tips from the
Prestige Brand Ambassador on ensuring entertaining over the
summer is an elevated experience.

We amplified the core assets across web banners, magazine
advertisements and retail media. 

 
 


The APPROACH

First we started with the comms strategy, shaping the messaging for a shopper audience.  We conducted a photoshoot to capture the beauty of the faceted bottle and its premium and aspirational positioning and created a suite of assets with amplified the delicate essences which gives these mixers a unique flavour profile.  We also extended the beautiful aesthetic to have a presence at the popular drinks industry trade show, Berlin Bar Convent.


THE WONDER

The hosting guide was stocked at over 400 Tesco stores nationwide and secured prominent display for the brand during the key summer trading period.  The brand experienced a sales uplift across the 500ml range and the suite of visibility materials, helped secure listings within other retail and
off trade channels.
