Job Description: Senior Account Executive
Wonderworks Communications is a strategically driven creative agency with a clear vision. We exist to create transformative brand growth fuelled by a little something we call WONDER.
WONDER is intelligent simplicity that elevates brands in the hearts and minds of their audiences. But more than that, its how we think, how we act and how we do.
We are looking for a Wondermaker to join the team and help us continue to deliver great work with great people.
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with a positive attitude. Our philosophy is that our tightknit team is capable of huge things; we define the WONDER in every brief and then find the specialists to bring that to life for our clients. As part of the team you will be a key driver in bringing moments of WONDER to everything that we do.
The rIght candidate will have a keen interest in premium drinks – spirits, wines, beers, softs, mixers, non-alc - as you will be responsible for helping the wider team in delivering beautifully crafted, premium, well designed communication materials including campaign key visuals, moving image, photoshoots, events, global toolkits, brand positioning platforms, education programmes, sales tools and digital assets amongst others.
This is a pivotal position within the business. It is a hybrid role split across both account management and studio management. The perceived split will be 80/20 with much of your focus on account management.
You will be instrumental in supporting the Account Director to manage and deliver creative projects which reflect the Wonderworks vision and standards across a portfolio of drinks brands.
You will be keen to take ownership of your work, building strong and trusting relationships with your clients, through the guidance of your line manager and effectively engage and inspire multiple stakeholders both within the agency and externally.
You will also work with the Design Director to schedule and manage work through the design studio for both the internal design team and external freelancers. This will involve scheduling, freelancer booking and processing of time sheets on a weekly basis.
The structure of our agency, and the hybrid nature of this particular role, means that you will be given a degree of autonomy with responsibilities beyond producing great project management. In return you will be rewarded with wide project exposure and talented people around you to learn from.
At Wonderworks we work with a proactive attitude with each team member pitching in to support others who are under pressure – no job is above or beneath anyone. That attitude extends to every team member upholding the Wonderworks vision and culture.
